Responsibility
1. Implements companies recruitment plan, conducts interviews and tests based on companies needs to choose and recruit good quality employees
2. Conducts talents needs analysis within each department based on the first business needs, and designs related recruiting plan and submit to leaders for approval
3. Analyzes the reasons of employee's dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company
4. Conducts market research to know about the approaches of attracting, using, retaining and educating talents by the firms within the same industry. Provides related information to help company’s leaders to design and adjust the strategies of human resources
5. Prepares companies staffing budget
6. Manages and coaches the staffs in the staffing department
7. Helps staffing department staffs to improve skills and knowledge
岗位要求:
1、本科以上学历,5年以上大型企业或集团校园招聘相关工作经验;
2、具备较强的责任感和事业心,独立解决问题的能力;
3、具备较强的组织能力、执行能力、沟通协调能力及团队协作能力;
4、有良好的适应性,并能承担工作压力;
5、熟练的英语听说和读写能力。
