Responsibilities
职责：
1.Own and manage sourcing projects, including quote negotiation, prototype sampling, supplier audit, certification, manufacturing & delivery etc.
承担并管理采购项目，包括询价，打样，供应商审核及生产和送货
2.Through market research and competitive bidding from suppliers, ensure that the company gets the best possible prices in the market
通过执行高质量的市场研究及供应商比价，确保公司所采购的产品的价格在市场上具有竞争力
3.Complete supplier visiting, auditing and evaluation and supplier selection process, managing suppliers’ certificate and documentation
负责拜访，审核，评估供应商并完成供应商的选择流程，供应商各种证件资料的管理
4.Manage supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors
管理供应商关系并推进供应商的业绩表现, 与关键供应商建立互利的合作关系
5.Communicating with venues and colleagues to ensure quick response to requests and feedback.
积极与门店及其他部门沟通，确保门店及其他部门的需求和反馈得到及时的回应和处理
6.Source competitive suppliers for new products, maintain and update a library of catalogues, samples and price lists.
负责为新产品寻找有竞争力的供应商，维护并更新货品目录，样品及价格清单
7.Negotiate price and contracts with suppliers and follow up contracting processes.
代表公司与供应商进行价格和合同谈判并跟进合同流程
8.Provide key purchasing support to new venue opening and expansion
对新店开业和扩张提供关键的采购支持
9.Purchasing system maintenance and operating, running and consolidating and analyzing monthly purchasing reports
采购系统的维护和操作，编制和分析采购月报表
Requirements:
要求：
1.Minimum 2 years purchasing and supplier management experience in food manufacturing, hospitality or chained restaurant business
最少两年采购和供应商管理经验，食品加工和餐饮行业优先
2.Familiar with purchasing process
熟悉采购流程
3.Good purchasing system knowledge, experience of operating and maintaining system data
良好的采购系统知识，有系统操作和维护的经验
4.Good communication and analytical skill
良好的沟通与分析能力
5.Basic finance knowledge, financial major is preferred
基本财务知识, 财务专业优先
6.Proven track record of integrity
诚实正直，无不良职业记录
7.College graduate
大专毕业以上
8.English, CET 4, able to communicate in written English and basic spoken skill
英文四级，能用英文书面沟通，英文口语基本沟通能力
