7. Exit interview for high level staff
8. First day orientation for high level staff
9. Policy and process
10. Reports (monthly name list, weekly recruitment, weekly headcount, organization chart, exit interview analysis)
Requirements
1. College graduate or above,Human Resource related major preferred.
2. Have good human resources management theoretical and practical knowledge, be familiar with the relevant State and Shanghai Labour laws and regulations.
3. 2 years of HR related experience in F&B and headhunter preferred.
4. Familiar with various recruiting channel, and select appropriate recruitment methods.
5. Strong organization, coordination, communication skills, good logical reasoning, analyzing ability, can withstand the pressure.
