工作职责:
*维护和拓展招聘渠道,负责人才库维护和管理;
*发布职位信息,收集简历,聘前测试和简历的初步筛选,安排面试;
*负责办理员工入职离职等调配事务;
*跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况,更新和维护人才储备库;
*完成上级交办的其它相关事宜。
任职资格:
1.大专以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先;
2.有较好的人力资源管理理论和实践知识,熟悉国家和上海相应的劳动法律法规;
3.1年以上招聘经验,有餐饮行业招聘工作经验或猎头经验优先;
4.熟悉各种招聘渠道,并能恰当选择相应的招募方法;
5.较强的组织协调和沟通能力,有很好的逻辑推理和分析判断能力,能承受一定压力。
Requirements:
1.College graduate or above,Human Resource related major preferred.
2.Have good human resources management theoretical and practical knowledge, be familiar with the relevant State and Shanghai Labour laws and
regulations.
3.1 years of HR related experience in F&B and headhunter preferred.
4.Familiar with various recruiting channel, and select appropriate recruitment methods.
5.Familiar with all kinds of personnel assessment method, test and select candidates effectively.
6.Strong organization, coordination, communication skills, good logical reasoning, analyzing ability, can withstand the pressure.
