Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for implementation of BHHG′s Maintenance program to everyday life in all our units. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Responsible for execution of regular maintenance audits in units focused on preventive maintenance, trouble shot, makes summary of audit′s results, analyses problems, suggests solutions.
2. Responsible for costs management of equipment related repairs and services, prepares breakdowns and costs tracking & analyses.
3. Ensure that the equipment in BHHG′s units is fully functioned, safety to use and maintain properly.
4. Responsible for implementation of BHHG′s Preventive maintenance program, including execution of Trainings. People development within team training, coaching, educating.
5. Assist in AOP budget proposal process according to OPS requirements. Ensures equipment replacement and delivery. Fixed asset management and tracking. Ensures that all funds, physical assets and company property are properly administered, and that capital expenditure programs are approved in advance with established authority, budgetary parameters and company policies.
6. Responsible for effective negotiation, management and implementation of all agreements with suppliers for equipment maintenance, kitchen equipment delivery as well as related services.
7. Builds key business processes and systematization around BHHG's Operating Principles. Ensures BHHG is continually striving for Ops Excellence. Maintains quality in company operations through the development and application of company policy, procedures and standards consistent with BHHG core value and operating Principles.
8. Actively drives strategic projects throughout the company. Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement either internally or externally. Work closely with venue and department managers to guarantee the standardization and consistent operation of facilities and maintenance. (schedules, delivery, installations, etc.)
9. Actively drives BHHG strategic projects throughout the company.
10. Directing and planning essential central service such as deep cleaning, maintenance, laundry service, pest control and plant management.
Requirements:
1. Above college degree, undergraduate priority, machinery and other related professionals;
2. 5 years or above working experience, 2 years working experiences in equipment management;
3 Analytical skills with direct P&L management accountability in a medium to large size organization preferably in a food and / or retail or service related industry.
4 Experience in short and long term planning and in the development of strategies and plans for achievement of approved revenue, profit and growth targets.
5 Experience in implementation and execution of strategies and plans and in particular in the application of analytical techniques to effect appropriate corrective profit action.
