Job description
We are looking for an experienced Supplier & Product Manager to join our team in Shanghai. The Supplier & Product Manager manages commercial and supplier aspects of product development and sourcing project.
Main responsibilities
？ Manage new product launching & on time going live process of products
？ Evaluate potential suppliers and manage the overall supplier qualification process to ensure suppliers are complying with the company standards
？ Manage ongoing relations with suppliers and resolve supplier issues
？ (Re-)Negotiate prices & terms and enforce supplier contracts
？ Conduct on-boarding of new suppliers
？ Provide on-the-job training and coaching to junior team members

Both international and local candidates
Qualifications
？ Strong project & key account management skills
？ Experience in a product management related environment
？ Experience in data base management and CMS software
？ Deep understanding of the Chinese consumer market
？ Advanced MS-Office User
？ SEO experience is a plus
？ Strong ability to interact effectively with colleagues and suppliers
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin
？ Organized and detail-oriented
？ Out-going character: takes initiative and solves problems independently
？ Comfortable in multi-tasking, juggling multiple projects and working with deadlines
