职位描述

Job Description:

1. Perform general secretarial duties such as typing, Chinese & English word-processing, photocopying, answering phone calls, arranging meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, filing, handling correspondence, etc.

2. Coordinate important business events, arrange major meetings and conferences, and make arrangements for important company visitors;

3. Organize monthly management meeting;

4. Keep good liaison and communication with internal departments and external customers.

5. Help to establish and maintain key customer relationship for top management.

Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferable finance background;
2. Strong planning, organization and communication skills;
3. Able to handle multi-task with excellent prioritization skills under minimal supervision;
4. Attention to details with analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
5. Loyalty, integrity, initiative, strong sense of responsibility;
6. Be self-disciplined in recognizing and protecting confidential information;
7. Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading), preferable good Cantonese Speaking;
8. At least eight years' secretarial experience providing professional support at the top management level, preferably gained from fund or asset management company.
